STRAWBAR & CREAM
Pour 25ml of Strawbar Origin over cubed ice and top up with cream soda to taste. This brings you nostalgia. Think strawberry ice-cream, naughty desserts and strawberry laces.
STRAWBAR & LEMON
Like things fresh and fruity? Try it as bartender Callum’s Strawbar Highball. It’s 30ml Strawbar Origin in a chilled highball, add ice and top up with Greek-style lemon soda. Garnish with a twirl of fresh cucumber for full freshness.
STRAWBAR & GINGER
Prefer things spicy? Try the Strawbar Platinum with ginger ale and don’t forget the ice. This one’s got fruit, smoke and spice. It’s the best of the bunch with food like tacos or a burrito, so if you like Mexican grub this is a winner.
