- 40ml Strawbar Origin
- 20ml Dry Gin
- 10ml White Sugar Syrup 1:1
- 2 dashes Lemon bitters
- 1 dash Absinthe
Stir, and serve on the rocks garnished with lemon peel.
Not overly complex, this is a low, slow enjoyable experience – the tiny dash of Absinth really brings out the strawberry notes.
